民宿一词，最早源自日本的「民宿」(音 Minshuku)。风情民宿是指利用自用住宅空闲房间，结合当地自然与人文景观、生态环境资源及特色农业生产活动，以家庭副业方式经营，为游客提供乡野生活之住宿处所。

The term "homestay" originated from the Japanese "homestay" (sound Minshuku). Style homestay refers to the use of private residential spare rooms, combined with the local natural and cultural landscape, ecological environment resources and characteristic agricultural production activities, in the way of family sideline business, to provide rural life accommodation for tourists.

民宿不同于传统的饭店旅馆，也许没有高级奢华的设施，但它能让人体验当地风情、感受民宿主人的热情与服务、并体验有别于以往的生活。风情民宿脱胎于“农家乐”,但产业形态高于“农家乐”。时下盛行的民宿旅游-如洋家乐--风潮就从一片原属于低度发展的行业中，创造出了欣欣向荣的景象，并正在深刻地改写着中国乡村旅游与休闲度假旅游的的型态。

Unlike traditional hotels, homestays may not have luxurious facilities, but they can make people experience the local customs, feel the hospitality and service of the host, and experience a different life from the past. Style homestay was born out of "farmhouse music", but the industrial form is higher than "farmhouse music". The current trend of home-stay tourism - such as Yangjiale - has created a thriving scene from a formerly low-development industry, and is profoundly rewriting the pattern of rural tourism and leisure tourism in China.

一、听涧山川

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

取《诗经》“安且吉兮”之意得名的安吉。此处森林覆盖率高达75%，云雾穿梭林间，黛山屏列，鸟鸣空谷，置于此处犹如身处桃源般惬意。听涧山川民宿坐落于此地山川乡续目自然村，背靠连绵的竹海，面朝私密的湖泊，宛如一幅精美的风景画。虽然远离闹市，但交通很便捷，距安吉站50分钟车程，周边景点环绕，云上草原仅15分钟，大竹海30分钟可达。

规划设计选择摒弃现代建筑设计中常见的“横平竖直，对称规则”的手法。相反，积极吸取了传统村落的空间形态精髓，让建筑散落布置，围合成不同的景观空间。这样的设计让人仿佛置身于自然生长的村落之中，感受到一种自然、和谐、有机的空间体验。通过建筑设计的巧妙退让，以及立面的凹进与凸出，我们成功地将四周的自然景观引入了建筑群之中。这种设计不仅为外部环境提供了绝佳的观赏面，同时也为人们创造了一个从室内到室外的空间与视觉转换的过渡区域。

The planning and design choose to abandon the common "horizontal, vertical and symmetrical rules" in modern architectural design. On the contrary, it actively absorbs the essence of the spatial form of traditional villages, allowing the buildings to be scattered and integrated into different landscape Spaces. This design makes people feel as if they are in a naturally growing village, and feel a natural, harmonious and organic space experience. Through the clever retreat of the architectural design, as well as the receding and protruding of the facade, we succeeded in introducing the surrounding natural landscape into the complex. This design not only provides an excellent view of the external environment, but also creates a transition area from indoor to outdoor space and visual transformation.

基地沿溪涧两侧巧妙地分成两个地块，两岸通过一座设计精美的景观廊桥相连接。这样的布局使得整个基地在空间上呈现出一种东西向带状的展开，既有序又富有层次感。建筑立面的设计精心遵循了自然质朴的原则，采用了既清新又怀旧的木饰面，搭配了传统民居特有的白色墙面。这些建筑单体巧妙地错落有致，与周围的竹林和溪景相得益彰，形成了一幅和谐的自然画卷。白色的房子仿佛是从森林中生长出来的，它们朴素而雅致，为这个山间带来了明亮与干净的气息，营造出一种宁静而美好的氛围。

The site is cleverly divided into two plots along both sides of the stream, connected by a beautifully designed landscaped bridge. Such a layout makes the whole base show an east-west strip in space, both orderly and hierarchical. The design of the facade carefully follows the principles of natural simplicity, using fresh and nostalgic wood finishes, and matching the white walls characteristic of traditional houses. These individual buildings are cleverly arranged to complement the surrounding bamboo forest and river scenery, forming a harmonious natural picture. The white houses seem to grow out of the forest, they are simple and elegant, bring a bright and clean atmosphere to this mountain, create a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere.

二、室内美学

INTERIOR AESTHETICS

客房区分三栋二层小楼，各自围合成独立的院落空间，共有客房40间。客房布置不仅有基础的大床房和双床房，还有复式套间和亲子房，多达12种房型的选择可以满足个人和团队的花式需求。设计上强调“一窗一景”，每个房间都配备全景落地窗，躺在床上就能享受窗外一览无余的景致；夜晚依栏听涧入梦，清晨闻蝉出眠，让每位住客感受被自然围绕的生活。

The rooms are divided into three two-story buildings, each enclosing an independent courtyard space, with a total of 40 rooms. Rooms are arranged not only in basic queen and twin rooms, but also in duplex suites and parent rooms, with a choice of up to 12 room types to meet the fancy needs of individuals and groups. The design emphasizes "one window and one view", each room is equipped with panoramic Windows, lying in bed can enjoy a sweeping view outside the window; At night, listen to the ravine dream, smell the cicada sleep in the morning, let each guest feel the life surrounded by nature.

泳池的水面平静如镜，仿佛与远处的天际线融为一体，让人在畅游的同时，感受到自然的无限宽广和深远。泳池西侧，是一片宽阔的草坪，它的面积之大，足以举办一场浪漫的婚礼或是热闹非凡的篝火音乐会。

The water surface of the pool is as calm as a mirror, as if it were integrated with the distant skyline, making people feel the infinite breadth and far-reaching nature while swimming. On the west side of the pool, there is a wide lawn, which is large enough to host a romantic wedding or a lively bonfire concert.
