【什么是聚酯瓶片？】聚酯瓶片全称为瓶级聚酯切片，化学名为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（简称“PET”），化学式：(C10H8O4)n，按下游用途可分为水瓶片、油瓶片、热灌装、碳酸四种。聚酯瓶片为结晶性聚合物，相对密度 1.30～1.38，无定形态玻璃化温度为 69℃，熔点 250～265℃，长期使用温度 120℃，能在 150℃短期使用。其薄膜拉伸强度与铝膜相当，是 PE 薄膜的 9 倍，透光率 90%，电绝缘性优良，高温高频下电性能仍较好。聚酯瓶片常用于食品、饮料、化妆品、药品等行业包装，具有轻量化、可回收利用等优势，在现代包装行业广泛应用。
