8月27日10时许，国家电网有限公司H215直升机高效开展了对辽宁省葫芦岛市建昌县因灾受损主网的10基铁塔的新塔组立作业。预计8月29日完成抢修并送电，届时建昌县地区主网将全面恢复安全运行状态。
