- IHC analysis of human stomach tissues with (right) or without (left) GATA6 antibody at a dilution of 1:100. To expose target protein, antigen was retreived using 10Mm sodium citrate followed by microwave treatment for 8-15 minutes.

- ICC/IF analysis of HeLa cells using GATA6 antibody at a dilution of 1:200 (green). Nuclei (blue) were stained with Hoechst 33342 dye.

- WB analysis of various cell lysates (25 ug per lane) using GATA6 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000.
