财联社8月22日电，远洋集团境外债务重组再取得新进展。截至目前，A组本金总额超70%的债权人签署了重组支持协议。有业内人士表示，A组债权人如果陆续签署重组协议并达到75%，远洋将很快具备英国重组方案的裁定基础。 (澎湃新闻)
