IT之家 8 月 21 日消息，今天下午，大量IT之家用户反馈称钉钉文档出现异常，且钉钉文档崩了这一话题也迅速登上热搜榜前列。
对此，钉钉官方回应称：因使用流量突增，钉钉文档于 16 时 14 分出现部分用户访问异常，经紧急处理已于 16 时 19 分完全恢复。
