金界控股(3918.HK)跌超5%，股价险守3港元关口，总市值136.7亿港元，该股此前发布盈警盘中曾大跌超11%。消息上，公司将于8月27日举行董事会会议批准中期业绩。此前公司发盈警，与上年同期溢利8,300万美元相比，预计6月止六个月亏损介乎310万至690万美元。主要是海参崴市项目预期减值约8,500万至9,500万美元。
