据南方都市报报道，8月16日，有重庆的网友发帖称，旺旺碎冰冰中疑似有粪便，此事随即引起关注。8月17日下午，旺旺官方最新回应称，消费者所购买的碎冰冰为“旺仔歪歪碎”，并非旺旺官方产品。同日，旺旺官方客服向记者表示，旺旺销售的碎冰冰名称为“旺旺碎冰冰”，消费者投诉的产品并非公司生产的，官方也已对此事做出回复。
