智通财经APP讯，中达集团控股(00139)发布公告，公司已接获大华马施云会计师事务所有限公司日期为2024年8月14日的辞呈，告知彼等将即时辞任集团核数师。更换核数师的理由乃由于公司无法与大华马施云就截至2024年12月31日止年度的拟议费用达成共识。
董事会根据公司审核委员会的推荐建议，进一步宣布中瑞和信会计师事务所有限公司将获委任为公司新任核数师，以填补大华马施云辞任后的临时空缺，其任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
