财联社8月15日电，《明报》援引未具名消息人士报道，香港甲级办公大厦中环中心的一个单位以约亏损7,200万港元（合920万美元）的价格出售，比五年前的买价低了63%。每平方英尺均价约为13,191港元，创中环甲级办公大厦20年来最低纪录。
