【8 月 13 日，奥地利倡导组织 NOYB 9 起诉社交平台 X】马斯克旗下的 X 被指控在未经用户同意的情况下使用用户个人资料训练其人工智能(AI)，侵犯了欧盟隐私法律。该组织声明称，旨在确保 X 完全遵守欧盟法律，因为此法律至少需征求用户同意。此前，Facebook 母公司 Meta 宣布暂时不在欧洲推出人工智能助理。
