8月8日，武汉蔡甸区公安分局通报，8月2日20时许，公安机关接到群众报警，周某某（男，18岁，住硚口区）离家后失联。接警后，立即组织开展调查，经持续工作，于8月7日晚找到周某某尸体。目前，犯罪嫌疑人邓某某（男，64岁）已被抓获并依法刑事拘留。案件正在进一步侦办中。
