北京市气象台8月8日11时发布天气预报显示：今天下午北京晴转多云，北转南风二三级，最高气温34℃；夜间多云转阴，西部雷阵雨，南风一二级，最低气温25℃。明晨到夜间全市有大雨到暴雨，西部北部沿山局地大暴雨，主要时段午后到半夜前后，晚高峰注意防雷避雨和交通安全，周末避免山区出行。
