云南昆明丰宁街道办事处通报，8月2日17:40左右，海伦先生小区一建筑外立面装饰层脱落致一外卖员受伤。伤者被送至昆明医科大学第二附属医院进行抢救，经全力抢救无效后死亡。目前，后续工作正推进中。
