项目动态 | 江山市群众体育中心幕墙安装进行中

“江与山”衢州江山市群众体育中心幕墙鱼鳞板吊装开始，目前施工进展顺利，部分样板段已完成。

The installation of the fish-scale panels for the curtain wall at the "River and Mountain" Jiangshan Sports Center has begun. The construction is progressing smoothly, with some sample sections already completed.

该项目由零壹城市担纲建筑与室内一体化设计，项目位于江山市虎山运动公园内，设计以优美流动的线条勾勒出山水意境，旨在打造动感且兼具文化韵味的体育公园。

This project is spearheaded by LYCS Architecture, which is responsible for the integrated design of both architecture and interiors. Located within the Hushan Sports Park in Jiangshan, the landmark project features elegant, flowing lines that evoke the essence of mountains and water, aiming to create a dynamic sports park with a touch of cultural charm.

杭州湾智慧产业园位于浙江海宁长安镇高新区，为长三角一体化发展示范区腹地，是集酒店，商铺，会议，接待，办公，研发，生产，仓储，展示完整产业功能为一体的一站式复合型医疗综合体。

Hangzhou Smart Medical Park is located in Chang'an Town, Haining High-Tech Zone, Zhejiang, situated in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone. It is a one-stop, multi-functional medical complex that integrates a full range of industrial functions, including hotels, shops, conference and reception facilities, offices, research and development, production, storage, and exhibition spaces.

设计在空间结构规划上打破传统单一的厂房功能布局模式，遵循项目地域特性和创新性的原则，接轨国际医疗生产研发的需求，提出合理的规划布局，营造高效理性的生产工作环境和舒适活力的办公生活环境，并凸显智慧医疗企业形象特色。

The design breaks the traditional single plant function layout mode in spatial structure planning. Following the principle of locality and innovation, it aligns with the international medical production and research and development needs, creating an efficient and rational production work environment and a comfortable and energetic office living environment, while highlighting the distinctive image of smart medical enterprises.

三松璞玉大厦项目位于福州高新技术产业开发区滨江带核心位置，尽览一线乌龙江美景。总建筑面积66642,84 平方米，提供办公与商业等综合商务配套。

The "SANSONG PUYU" Building Located in the core area of the Binjiang Belt of the Fuzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, the project offers expansive views of the beautiful Wulong River. With a total construction area of 66642,84 square meters, it provides a comprehensive range of facilities, including office and commercial.

设计以简约而不简单的建筑造型，呈现出动静相宜，内外相融的独特魅力，成为高新技术产业开发区沿江界面一道亮丽风景线，标志着现代建筑设计与自然环境的完美融合。

With a design that is simple yet sophisticated, it presents a unique charm of dynamic tranquility and harmonious integration between the interior and exterior. It has become a striking landscape along the riverfront of the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, symbolizing the perfect fusion of modern architectural design and the natural environment.

项目落成 | 青岛资本驿站

青岛资本驿站位于青岛市“八大关”，坐拥极佳自然景观，建筑及室内的设计改造由零壹城市一体化完成。项目是集行业活动、项目路演、学术交流及商务接待等功能为一体的城市会客厅。

The Qingdao Capital Station is located in Badaiguan, Qingdao, with an incredible natural landscape designed and renovated by LYCS Architecture. The project serves as an urban reception hall, integrating functions such as industry events, project roadshows, academic exchanges, and business receptions.

设计团队尊重场地所处的城市历史文化背景，将建筑主体风格保留，通过“取其精华”的手法将建筑的主体风格与周边环境相融合。

The design team respects the historical and cultural background of the site, preserves the main style of the building and integrates the main style with the surrounding environment by "taking the essence."

喜报丨“在校园里露营”衢州市柯城区教工幼儿园（钱家山园区）荣获 DtEA设计教育奖

近日，由零壹城市建筑事务所设计的“在校园里露营”衢州市柯城区教工幼儿园（钱家山园区），荣获2024年设计教育奖（DESIGN THAT EDUCATES AWARDS, DtEA）建筑设计类别荣誉奖。”绿野仙踪“金昌蒙德斐尔幼儿园也在该奖项评选中，被收录于建筑设计类别精选。

Recently, the "Camping at School" project at Quzhou Kecheng Jiaogong Kindergarten （Qianjiashan, designed by LYCS Architecture, won the 2024 Design That Educates Awards (DtEA) Honorable Mention in the architectural design category."The Wizard of OZ"KINCANG MODERN PRE-SCHOOL was also included in the selected architectural design category in this award selection.

设计教育奖（DESIGN THAT EDUCATES AWARDS, DtEA）由主办方拉卡基金会（Laka Foundation）于2018年创立推出，旨在评估建筑和设计的教育潜力。设计教育奖一直关注建筑师的教育和成长，一起为建筑设计创造无限可能。

The Design That Educates Awards (DtEA) were established by the Laka Foundation in 2018 to evaluate the educational potential of architecture and design. 近日，由零壹城市建筑事务所设计的“汽车超人”金固中心，荣获2024年巴黎设计大奖（DNA Paris Design Awards）“商业与办公” 类别荣誉奖。

Recently, the "AutoFuturist Complex" Jingu Center, designed by LYCS Architecture, received an Honorable Mention in the "Commercial and Office" category at the 2024 DNA Paris Design Awards.

近日，零壹城市建筑事务所合伙人来震宇先生受邀参加由Interior Design China《美国室内设计中文版》及全球知名家居电气品牌施耐德电气联合发起的“室内设计行业影响力创造者” ——寻找室内设计行业影响力创造者暨封面人物城市沙龙活动。

Recently, Mr. Lai Zhenyu, a partner at LYCS Architecture, was invited to attend the "Influencers in Interior Design" city salon event. This event was jointly organized by Interior Design China, the Chinese edition of "American Interior Design," and the globally renowned home electrical brand Schneider Electric.

在主题分享环节，来震宇介绍了”时空回廊“台州临海余丰里精品酒店项目并预告了”墨香印迹“临海印园精品酒店项目，改造设计均依托历史文化和自然文化将古典人文与现代轻奢完美融合，力图打造连接旧与新、历史与现代、融合文化与艺术的创意集合空间。

During the theme-sharing session, Lai Zhenyu introduced the "Time Corridor" Linhai Yufengli Boutique Hotel, and previewed the "Ink Imprint" Linhai Yin Yuan Boutique Hotel. The renovation designs for both projects rely on historical and natural cultural elements, perfectly blending classical humanism with modern luxury. The aim is to create a creative, integrated space that connects the old with the new, history with modernity, and merges culture with art.
