观点网讯：8月1日，中央国家机关住房资金管理中心发布了关于2024住房公积金年度月缴存额调整的通知。
根据通知，2024年住房公积金的月缴存基数上限设定为35283元，下限为2420元。对于领取基本生活费的职工，其月缴存基数下限为1694元。此外，2024年的住房公积金年度缴存比例将在5%至12%之间，单位可自主选择。
