观点网讯：7月31日，华发股份发布公告称，其全资子公司珠海华发资管公司计划将华奔公司100%股权转让给珠海安居集团。此次股权转让涉及的资产为华奔公司名下的存量房产，交易价格为人民币26556.29万元。
珠海华发资管公司为华发股份全资子公司，华奔公司同样为珠海华发资管公司的全资子公司。通过此次股权转让，珠海安居集团将获得华奔公司名下的房产资产。
