2024年7月31日，阿莱德(301419.SZ)公告称，董事会于近日收到了吴靖提交的书面辞职报告，吴靖因个人原因，申请辞去公司董事、副总经理的职务，原定任期为 2025 年 12 月 22 日，本次辞职后亦不再担任公司董事会战略委员会委员职务。辞职后，吴靖将不在公司担任任何职务。
