7月28日傍晚6点40分左右，湘潭县花石镇龙潭村柳树湾位置的涓水河堤坝出现了10余米左右的缺口。当地随即紧急转移800名群众，没有造成人员伤亡。
昨天（7月29日）下午3点左右，这个决口已完成合龙，堤内的积水已基本排完，涓水花石水文站已退出警戒水位。
