据越南政府网站，当地时间7月29日，越南副总理陈流光会见赛轮集团董事长刘燕华。
赛轮集团已在越南西宁省兴建各种轮胎生产厂，在胡志明市成立研发中心，2019年与固铂轮胎成立合资公司，截至目前投资总额约15亿美元。刘燕华承诺，今后赛轮集团将对越南追加投资2亿美元。
