记者从湖南湘潭市应急指挥中心获悉，受涓水水位上涨影响，7月28日18时40分许，湘潭县花石镇龙潭村柳树湾位置涓水河堤坝出现10余米左右缺口。
当地组织力量紧急转移群众，目前需转移的800人已全部安全转移安置，无人员伤亡。
