近日，江西省抚州市宜黄县棠阴镇雷湾村田间地头随处可见农民战高温、抢种晚稻的忙碌身影。每年“双抢”季，宜黄县棠阴镇党委都会组织党员干部化身技术“指导员”、志愿“服务员”、应急“预警员”，帮助当地农户抢抓农时，确保早稻颗粒归仓、晚稻种足种满，助力农民增收、农业增效。(张梦芸)
