为保障河道沟渠畅通，提高农田排水设施防汛能力，近日，封丘县赵岗镇有效推行“二马”工作机制，积极组织镇村干部在文岩渠水域开展河道清淤行动，共清理河道沟渠约15公里，参与群众40余人，进一步提升了河道灌溉、泄洪、排涝能力，切实解决了农田防汛“梗阻”问题。 （张志超罗菲）
