格隆汇7月14日丨洲际船务(02409.HK)公布，于2024年7月12日(联交所交易时段后)，卖方Seacon Peru Limited(公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方PT Primatama Energi Mandiri订立协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该船舶，代价为1380万美元。该船舶是一艘总吨位为33054吨的散货船，于2010年由舟山中远船务工程有限公司建造。
