受持续强降雨影响，四川达州多个河段出现不同程度涨水及复涨过程。11日19时许，州河洪峰过境达州城区，超警戒水位近2米。该市紧急转移1.1万余人，并提前调度5座梯级水电站降低水位预留防洪库容，洪峰过境时充分利用州河、巴河电站错峰，确保了洪峰平安过境。（封面新闻记者 曾业 罗轩）
