近日，武汉一乘客分享经历，乘坐无人驾驶网约车，却因暴雨车直接停在路边，被困无人驾驶出租一个小时。对此，萝卜快跑工作人员回应称，恶劣天气确有可能存在车辆暂停运，无法提供服务的情况，会通知乘客更换其他出行方式。
