近日，国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局对中海信托及相关负责人连发3张罚单。中海信托因标品信托未按净值兑付、未按规定报送报表资料等12项违法违规事实被处罚金405万元，时任中海信托总裁张德荣及时任中海信托小微金融部经理孙鹏均被处以警告并处罚金5万元。
