海南省海口市公安局官方微博7月10日通报，7月9日5时35分许，海口110接群众报警称，在秀英区滨海大道靠近观海台处，发现一名疑似自缢人员。辖区派出所、刑警、法医、120等警种部门迅速到场处置，经现场勘查、尸表检验、查看监控视频及对其家属调查取证，未发现被侵害迹象，死者杨某某（男，29岁）手机中留有遗书，排除他杀。
