财联社7月10日电，ST证通公告，截至公告披露日，永泰晟已经全额向公司偿还非经营性占用的3998.69万元，并按照1年期银行同期贷款基准利率支付资金占用利息575.11万元，共计4573.80万元，永泰晟已将2023年度《内部控制审计报告》否定意见所涉事项占用的资金及利息全部归还给公司。
