据黑龙江日报7月10日消息，日前，工业和信息化部党组决定，姚震同志任哈尔滨工程大学党委委员、常委、副书记，纪委书记；赵玉新同志任哈尔滨工程大学党委委员、常委、副校长。
姚震，男，汉族，2024年6月17日起任哈尔滨工程大学党委委员、常委、副书记，纪委书记。
赵玉新，男，汉族，2024年6月17日起任哈尔滨工程大学党委委员、常委、副校长（试用期一年）。
