记者今天从国家发展改革委了解到，7月6日，国家发展改革委安排2亿元中央预算内投资，支持湖南（含岳阳华容县和平江县）和江西受灾地区受损学校医院、水利防洪等设施应急恢复，推动灾区尽快恢复正常生产生活秩序。
