广州市人民政府办公厅印发广州市推动低空经济高质量发展若干措施。其中提出，支持开设载人无人驾驶应用场景航线。鼓励企业提供市内交通类、城际交通类低空飞行器载人飞行服务。对于开通并取得主管部门审批，起终点至少一个在广州市并实施常态化运营的载人无人驾驶应用场景航线，单条航线年度最高补助100万元，单个企业年度补助不超过200万元。
