按照公安部部署要求，7月1日起，北京、天津和贵州省贵阳市、安顺市等60个城市试点推行机动车行驶证电子化。群众在办理交管业务时，可出示电子行驶证办理车辆登记、违法处理、事故处理等业务，无需再提交纸质行驶证。
