7月2日晚间，弘阳地产(01996.HK)发布公告，曾俊凯及雷伟彬因将分配更多时间于个人事务上，已分别辞任执行董事、公司副总裁及董事会薪酬委员会成员;及执行董事、公司副总裁及首席财务官及董事会提名委员会成员，自2024年7月2日起生效。
公告称，公司现任执行总裁陈彬已获委任为执行董事及董事会薪酬委员会成员；胡春煌已获委任为公司首席财务官
