据央视新闻，7月1日，全国首票平行进口汽车“两证合一”试点落地天津。根据海关总署、公安部发布的2024年第70号公告，自2024年7月1日起，天津海关被正式纳入进口机动车辆“两证合一”改革试点范围。两证是指《货物进口证明书》和《进口机动车辆随车检验单》。
