在武汉三镇与南通支云的比赛里，何超出现了伤病，随后被换下，这场比赛武汉三镇也输球了，目前三镇主场遭遇4连败，积分排名联赛第8位。
何超在社交媒体上晒出了自己给伤腿做恢复的照片，并表示：“不好意思了各位，比赛没能拿下，我可能也要暂时被迫休息啦，具体时间待定，先躺几天再说，争取早点回到岗位。”
