中国交建6月17日公告，公司附属公司中国港湾海南公司、中水对外海南公司与属地合作方拟按55%：30%：15%股比在博茨瓦纳共同成立项目公司，投资建设运营博茨瓦纳朱瓦能100MW光伏电站项目，项目总投资约为7832万美元，项目资本金约为1958万美元。
