日前接受采访时，奥运冠军马龙回应了自己无缘巴黎奥运单打的话题。
马龙说道：“以自己现在整个这种能力和状态，再去承担奥运会这种单打，可能会有点吃力。从近几年这种表现来看，无论是小胖（樊振东）还是大头（王楚钦），都值得（奥运会）单打这种位置。”
此前，国乒巴黎奥运会参赛阵容全部确定，樊振东和王楚钦将出战男单比赛，马龙则将出战男团比赛。
