格隆汇5月31日丨天益医疗(301097.SZ)公布，公司于2024年5月31日召开第三届第十四次董事会，审议通过了《关于与关联方共同投资暨关联交易的议案》，同意向宁波天辉益企业管理有限责任公司(简称“宁波天辉益”或“SPVB”)增资人民币6,000万元，增资完成后，天益医疗将持有宁波天辉益20.87%的股权。
