加拿大交通运输设备制造商庞巴迪当地时间5月27日发布声明，对一起损害赔偿的集体诉讼提出辩护。原告Denis Gauthier代表的投资者指控庞巴迪和包括前首席执行官阿兰·贝勒马尔（Alain Bellemare）和前首席财务官约翰·迪伯特（JohnDiBert）在内的高管在2018年财务展望中“做出了虚假和误导性陈述”。由于现金流未能以投资者预期的速度改善，庞巴迪股价在2018年下半年不到四个月的时间里贬值了约三分之二。
