观点网讯：4月5日，据交易所公告，富力地产旗下子公司怡略有限公司（Easy Tactic）宣布，其发行的三支美元债券的同意条件已全部满足。这三支美元债券的到期日分别定于2025年、2027年和2028年。
据悉，在4月5日召开的特别决议会议上，出席人数达到法定要求，并获得大多数票据持有人的批准。
