After one and a half years' renewing,Li Fung Plaza has just updated its Young Park, which becomes more fashionable and technological.

The red brick and white walls of the building are full of Shanghai style and the design elements of 30 years ago have been retained, so that the stories and memories here can be preserved.

The French children's clothing brand Petit Bateau which has been managed by Fung Group for many years also joins into the open block. It gains popularity and vitality here.

Pan, the business development manager of Fungkids told the reporter, "This update brings us a lot of new clients and some cross-border cooperations. More people come here on the weekends. They mostly check-in on RED or are attracted by advertisements. Compared to the last week, that is to say the two days of the weekend before last, our trade has almost doubled."

In 2001, Fung Group, a century-old company started in Guangzhou came to Hongqiao Town, Minhang District.

Over the past 23 years, the dual headquarters in Hong Kong and Shanghai have complemented the advantages of each other. The policies and good business environment make Fung Group pay more attention to the opportunities in the fashion and technology industry of Shanghai and the entire Chinese mainland.

Mr. Cheung, the SVP of Fung Group China President Office said, "During the the project, we also create a more open area. Because we knew that the new generation would love to have an open co-working space in order to have what the brainstorming on the new technology. New cooperation just like AI plus the supply chain management. So, this is what we have developed in principle, you can see the wide open area. They love to be here."

Furthermore, the updated Li Fung Plaza will emphasize on promoting fashion innovation combine the Group's resource advantages to build the "Shanghai-Hong Kong and global science and technology ecosystem" and ultimately transform Li Fung Plaza into "Future Fashion Technology Center of Shanghai" to help fashion industry of Shanghai develop in high quality and promote the further expansion of new quality productive forces in the future.

Mr. Cheung told the stated that, " We have a lot of friends they're coming from Europe. There're also our local company. They have the new innovation like the fabrics. It's also talking about sustainability and a lot of the fabrics it can be recycled. I believe this is also the latest Two Sessions (NPC & CPPCC) mentioned about the New Quality Productive Forces."

经过一年半的翻新,利丰广场刚刚完成青年广场的升级,以更加时尚和科技化的形象焕新开幕。

红砖白墙的楼体富有海派建筑特色,同时保留了30年前具有年代感的设计元素,让这里的故事和回忆得以保留。

由冯氏集团代理经营多年的法国童装品牌小帆船,也来到了开放式街区,在这里感受到了人气和活力。

利童(上海)商贸服务有限公司业务发展经理潘晓旻表示:“整体给我们带来了很多新的客流量和一些跨界合作。周末人气非常旺,基本是通过小红书打卡或者广告引流来的。对比前一周,也就是上上个星期的周末两天,我们生意基本上翻了一倍。”

2001年,广州起家的百年老字号冯氏集团来到了闵行区虹桥镇。23年来,香港、上海双总部优势互补,各项政策举措、优良的营商环境,让冯氏更加重视上海及整个中国内地在时尚科技产业中蕴藏的巨大机遇。

冯氏集团中国区总裁办副总裁张正才告诉记者:“在这个更新项目中,我们创造了一个更加开放的区域。因为我们知道新一代的年轻人们更喜欢拥有一个开放的共享工作空间,以便进行关于新技术方面的头脑风暴。新的合作就像人工智能与供应链管理的结合。所以,这就是我们的发展成果,你可以看到这片宽敞的开放区域,他们很喜欢这里。”

未来,利丰广场将以推动时尚创新为重点,结合集团资源优势,搭建“沪港与全球科创生态系统”,最终将利丰广场打造成为“上海未来时尚科技中心”,助力上海时尚产业高质量发展,推动未来新质生产力进一步拓展。

张正才说:“我们有很多来自欧洲的朋友,也有当地的公司。它们有一些新的创新,比如面料,我们的很多面料都可以回收利用。我相信这也正是两会中提到的新质生产力。”
