蓝色，是舟山的底色；大海，是舟山的魂魄。傍海而生，因海而兴。浙江省舟山市位于我国东南沿海，海域面积2.08万平方公里。这座以群岛著称的海上城市，由星罗棋布的2085个岛屿组成，被誉为“千岛之城”。

Blue is the base color of Zhoushan. The sea is the soul of Zhoushan. Born by the sea, by the sea. Zhoushan City of Zhejiang Province is located in the southeast coast of China, with a sea area of 20,800 square kilometers. This sea city, known for its archipelago, is made up of 2,085 islands and is known as the "City of Thousand Islands".

设计师在舟山这个滨海的地方，设计了一套新旧合一的民宿建筑，这座建筑一共包括9间全海景客房、1间餐厅、1间清吧、1间会议室、1个360°观景平台：无边泳池、露天影院、水吧，屋顶聚会空间；这个具有东极海岛传统特色、高端服务体验的文化轻奢民宿创造了一种“城市外”的不同体验。

In Zhoushan, a coastal place, the designer designed a set of new and old residential building, which includes 9 rooms with full sea view, 1 restaurant, 1 clear bar, 1 conference room, 1 360° viewing platform: infinity pool, open-air cinema, water bar, rooftop gathering space; This cultural light luxury homestay with the traditional characteristics of Dongji Island and high-end service experience creates a different experience "outside the city".

一、修旧如旧

REPAIRTHE OLDAS THEOLD

设计保留老房子的石墙、木结构、老瓦顶，使老房子修旧如旧，保留了一二层客房古朴自然的气氛；三层通过架空处理，使客房和平台空间景观最大化；楼顶的无边泳池、露天影院、水吧、聚会空间 与海天连成一片，拉近人与自然的距离。外形新老并置，相得益彰，成为登岛伊始的标志性建筑。

The design retains the stone wall, wooden structure and tile roof of the old house, so that the old house is repaired as old as old, and the primitive and natural atmosphere of the first and second floor guest rooms is retained. The third floor is elevated to maximize the space landscape of the guest room and platform; The infinity pool, open-air cinema, water bar and gathering space on the roof connect with the sea and sky, narrowing the distance between people and nature. The appearance of the new and old juxtaposition, complement each other, become the landmark building at the beginning of the island.

在设计这样一个结合了新旧建筑元素的民宿时，新部分应采用现代设计语言和材料，以营造高品质的体验。例如，可以使用玻璃、钢结构和混凝土等现代材料。老部分则保留原有的建筑风貌，如木质结构、石墙、瓦顶等，以及传统的手工艺细节。在新老建筑之间创造一个明显的视觉对比，强调它们的差异性，但同时也通过共享的空间和功能区域来连接它们。

When designing such a homestay that combines old and new architectural elements, modern design language and materials should be used in the new section to create a high-quality experience. For example, modern materials such as glass, steel structures and concrete can be used. The old part retains the original architectural features, such as the wooden structure, stone walls, tile roofs, etc., as well as traditional handicraft details. Create a clear visual contrast between the old and new buildings, emphasizing their differences but also connecting them through shared Spaces and functional areas.

在一层入口插入白色体块，使原本分离的公共空间串联而具有纵深感；在大堂中央设置室外中庭，调节采光和气氛；通过框架结构，在三层架空多个白色体块，并对应景观使其方向做了扭转变化；三层以上形成屋顶平台，以满足无边泡池、露天剧场、聚会空间等配套功能。

二、现代轻奢

MODERN LIGHT LUXURY

在设计中考虑到室内外空间的连贯性，如通过大窗户或滑动门将室内外景观连接起来。在新建筑部分或老房子的上层采用现代装修风格，追求轻奢和华丽感。使用现代材料和色彩，如玻璃、金属、混凝土以及中性色调的软装，创造出简洁、舒适的环境。

In the new building part or the upper floor of the old house using modern decoration style, the pursuit of light luxury and gorgeous sense. The use of modern materials and colors such as glass, metal, concrete and soft furnishings in neutral tones creates a simple, comfortable environment.
