3月20日消息，美国梅西百货公司表示，将向Arkhouse和Brigade Capital开放账目。该公司的一位发言人称，梅西百货此前曾拒绝Arkhouse和Brigade Capital的收购要约，但现在已与他们签订了一项保密协议，允许交换商业敏感信息。消息人士称，目前尚不确定随后的谈判是否会促成交易。（路透）
