3月14日，曲江新区、周至县与西安培华学院签署合作协议，三方将在楼观生态文化旅游度假区内，合作共建西安楼观文教旅融合产业园项目。之前，2023年8月，有四所高校拟定选址周至，将周至作为大学新校区的所在地。分别是西北大学现代学院、西安建筑科技大学华清学院、西京学院、西安外事学院。 来源：曲江新区 综合网络
