3月14日，屈臣氏集团在官网发布公告，任命陈志豪、聂薇为屈臣氏中国联席董事总经理，原屈臣氏中国行政总裁Kulvinder Birring（高宏达）将转任长江和记实业旗下玛莉娜集团（Marionnaud Group）行政总裁，该任命自2024年4月正式生效。
