财联社3月11日电，中集集团公告，公司之控股子公司中集车辆（集团）股份有限公司（简称“中集车辆”）在港交所发布公告，内容有关作出以每股H股7.5港元的价格回购中集车辆全部已发行H股（公司及其一致行动方所持有者除外）的有条件现金要约，以及建议中集车辆H股自香港联交所自愿退市。
