最高人民检察院微博消息，最高检工作报告指出，2023年，检察机关积极参与欠薪治理，发布惩治恶意欠薪犯罪典型案例，起诉1082人，追索欠薪3.8亿元。对权益受损但因经济困难或法律知识欠缺，无力起诉的农民工、残疾人、老年人等，支持提起民事诉讼7.7万件，同比上升16.8%，保障公民依法享有诉权、有效行使诉权。
