今天（3月5日）上午，十四届全国人大二次会议首场“部长通道”在人民大会堂举行，水利部部长李国英接受采访。
水利部部长 李国英：2023年我国水利建设全面提速，全年完成水利建设投资11996亿元，比上年增长10.1%，创下了历史最高纪录。聚焦水灾害、水资源、水生态、水环境四大水问题，实施41014个水利项目，为国家防洪安全、供水安全、粮食安全、生态安全提供有力的支撑和保障。
