当地时间3月1日，据路透社报道，埃隆·马斯克 (Elon Musk) 于29日晚起诉ChatGPT制造商OpenAI及其首席执行官萨姆·奥尔特曼 (Sam Altman) 等人，称其违背了该公司最初的使命，即为人类福祉而非利润开发人工智能。诉讼还提到，该公司一直将其最先进的人工智能模型GPT-4的设计“完全保密”。
据悉，奥尔特曼和OpenAI联合创始人格雷格·布罗克曼 (Greg Brockman) 最初与马斯克接洽，希望成立一家开源非营利公司。（央视记者 徐德智）
